Terms of Service

The Service

IPTVUSAX provides a subscription-based streaming platform giving access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content over the internet. Service features, channel lineups and VOD libraries may change over time as content agreements evolve.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use within one household.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Activation is typically instant and never longer than a few minutes after payment confirmation. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly enable auto-renewal in your account settings.

• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Simultaneous connection limits depend on your plan (up to 5 devices).
• We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 14 days notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, restream or publicly broadcast any content accessed through IPTVUSAX.
• Share your account credentials outside your household or exceed your connection limit.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or attempt to bypass our security or DRM measures.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local laws.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and invest heavily in anti-freeze infrastructure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. Temporary outages do not qualify as a breach of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the service — without refund in cases of clear violation. You may stop using the service at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTVUSAX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. The current version is always available on this page, and significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site before taking effect.
